With the FVPAs new website I felt it would be a good idea to give our community a better insight into who our community partners are and what they are about. Today I have interviewed Cole UK who is the owner of UltimateFIFA.com and asked him a few questions.

Spike: Who is UltimateFIFA.com aimed at? What is your target demographic?

Cole UK: UltimateFIFA is aimed at people who want to get the most out of playing FIFA. Players looking to improve their experience or improve their ability. The FIFA series is so huge that there’s always more to do and no matter how good you are there’s always room to improve.

Spike: How did UltimateFIFA.com come to be? Can you elaborate on it's history and how it got to it's current state?

Cole UK: I founded UltimateFIFA in August 2010. I wanted it to be different than a site that reported FIFA news. Dave at SweetpatchTV and Dave and Tom at FIFASoccerBlog are the best in the business and have got that covered.

I created UltimateFIFA to help people get the most out of playing FIFA, by way of providing gameplay tutorials, hints and tips, and various resources. A lot of people only scratch the surface of the game so I wanted to open up new ideas and help people uncover things they may not have thought of or achieve things that they may not have thought they’d have been capable of. I also wanted UltimateFIFA to be a place where people could share their own FIFA experiences to help others.

Spike: So what are the future aims of UltimateFIFA.com?

Cole UK: Although UltimateFIFA’s been around for nearly a year I still consider it to be very much in its infancy and still a long way from achieving our goals but we moving steadily in the right direction and are keen to expand into our 2nd year.

We now have more writers and have teamed up with some of the YouTube community and will strive to bring out new high value content and tutorials on a much more regular basis. We’re also looking forward to working closely with the FVPA in their huge contribution to the Pro Clubs community.

We’re very excited about all of the new features of FIFA 12 (with lots more still to be announced!) and we’re planning to provide a lot more resources to compliment the new edition.

We do have goals we would like to achieve but ultimate UltimateFIFA will always be a dynamic community site and will continue to be shaped by the feedback we receive. After all it’s a site aimed at enhancing the users’ experiences so who better to decide the future of the site than it’s users?

Spike: Cheers Cole, we're looking forward to seeing what UltimateFIFA.com has in store for us in the future and I hope the community will enjoy it as much as we do.
