I've browsed the forums quite abit of late with the main point of interest being the Free Agent thread.
But with it, i have found alot of the posts are not as informative as i would expect, which in turn, makes my navigation to a certain users F/A post needless.
So i was thinking, what if you had some kind of F/A Filter on here?
When a user creates a F/A thread, he has to input numerous things (all optional but the more info a user puts, the more likely he will find a good home).
Age:
Positions:
VP Rating:
Playing times:
Or something similar, so when a manager has been away for, example, just a weekend and sees many an F/A thread, he can filter the users, from their age, position & playing times to the type of player he is looking for.
You could even go 1 further, when a club is looking for a certain player, it could be stated in some kind of subscription thread so if & when that type of player inputs the info in his F/A thread, the manager is notified (i'm not sure if you guys have a notification system on here ) about this new players availability.
I'm thinking like when you search for players on FM, there is a filtering system, whilst the number of F/A's on here are much less than the hundreds of thousands on FM, it could be pretty handy and save folk going through numerous free agent threads only to find they are not the type of player they are looking for
Although this idea could just be far too much for something so simple
